Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Paramed Tattoo Gift Certificate, the purchaser and recipient acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of this website, purchase of a Gift Certificate, booking of consultations, or participation in restorative treatments constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Nature of Restorative Treatments

Paramed Tattoo restorative treatments are structured multi-session cosmetic restorative treatments designed to improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks, and visible skin irregularities through scar-focused microneedling and restorative pigment techniques.

Treatments may include:

  • scar-focused microneedling,

  • inkless scar rejuvenation,

  • texture refinement procedures,

  • redness reduction approaches,

  • and restorative pigment depositing techniques intended to improve visible contrast irregularities.

Restorative tattooing is not a medical treatment, surgical procedure, or guaranteed corrective service.

3. Consultation & Treatment Suitability

All treatments require:

  • a mandatory consultation,

  • suitability assessment,

  • and practitioner approval prior to treatment commencement.

Paramed Tattoo reserves the right to:

  • decline treatment,

  • modify treatment recommendations,

  • or discontinue treatment

where clinically appropriate, unsafe, unsuitable, outside practitioner scope, or inconsistent with clinic standards.

Purchase of a Gift Certificate does not guarantee treatment eligibility or treatment approval.
