Programme Terms

PROGRAMME TERMS

Paramed Tattoo operates as an independent educational provider within restorative skin-focused treatment education, practitioner development systems, and paramedical tattooing education.

Participation in any Programme, workshop, mentorship, practical training, online portal, practitioner system, accreditation process, or educational infrastructure is subject to the following Programme Terms.

Educational Positioning

Paramed Tattoo provides private educational training only.

Nothing within any Programme, certification, educational material, practitioner recognition, accreditation, communication, website content, AI-assisted system, mentorship, or workshop constitutes:

  • medical licensing

  • healthcare registration

  • surgical qualification

  • NZQA accreditation unless expressly stated

  • legal authority to undertake restricted medical procedures

  • or guaranteed business, income, treatment, or practitioner outcomes.

Participants remain independently responsible for determining legal, regulatory, licensing, insurance, taxation, infection control, and operational requirements applicable within their own jurisdiction.

Applications & Acceptance

Submission of an application or enquiry does not guarantee acceptance into any Programme.

Paramed Tattoo reserves the right to:

  • approve or decline applicants

  • limit intake capacity

  • postpone programme dates

  • modify delivery structures

  • and determine programme suitability at its discretion.

Payments & Refunds

Programme fees, deposits, educational access payments, mentorship fees, and associated training costs are generally non-refundable except where required under applicable New Zealand law.

Due to:

  • limited intake capacity

  • operational allocation

  • educator preparation

  • digital educational access

  • and exposure to proprietary educational systems

refund eligibility may be limited once Programme access has been provided.

Intellectual Property

All educational systems, operational frameworks, practitioner structures, templates, workflows, videos, branding, treatment structures, AI-assisted systems, educational databases, written material, and associated infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Paramed Tattoo unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Programme material may not be:

  • copied

  • reproduced

  • uploaded

  • shared

  • taught

  • commercially exploited

  • reverse engineered

  • or used to train AI systems or competing educational infrastructure without written permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROGRAMME USE DISCLAIMER

All Programme materials, systems, frameworks, training methods, educational structures, written content, visual assets, operational procedures, clinical documentation, observational methodologies, and branded educational resources remain the intellectual property of Paramed Tattoo.

Programme content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, re-sold, uploaded, adapted, taught, shared, licensed, reverse engineered, or used to create competing educational material, training programmes, workshops, mentorships, or derivative systems without prior written permission from Paramed Tattoo.

Students are strictly prohibited from using Programme content, structure, likeness, systems, branding, documentation, methodologies, or proprietary educational frameworks for the purpose of training others, creating educational products, or commercial replication.

This includes both direct duplication and substantially similar adaptations of Programme systems, workflows, educational structures, clinical frameworks, documentation layouts, or operational methodologies.

Unauthorised use of Programme intellectual property may result in:

• immediate termination of Programme access
• suspension or revocation of accreditation
• removal from practitioner networks
• and potential legal action where applicable.

By participating in the Programme, students acknowledge and agree to these intellectual property protections and operational standards.

Accreditation & Practitioner Recognition

Any certification, practitioner recognition, affiliated status, directory listing, or accreditation issued by Paramed Tattoo:

  • remains conditional

  • is discretionary

  • may be reviewed

  • may be revoked

  • and does not constitute statutory licensing or healthcare registration.

Ongoing compliance, conduct, hygiene standards, operational standards, payment obligations, and practitioner competency requirements may apply.

Health, Safety & Practical Training

Participants are required to maintain professional hygiene, infection control, safety, consent, and operational standards during all practical and treatment-related activities.

Paramed Tattoo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove participants from practical environments where safety, conduct, competency, hygiene, behavioural, or legal concerns arise.

Privacy & Observational Information

Paramed Tattoo may collect educational, operational, observational, analytical, practitioner, and treatment-related information for:

  • programme administration

  • educational refinement

  • practitioner development

  • systems optimisation

  • operational infrastructure

  • and AI-assisted educational systems.

Personally identifiable information will not intentionally be publicly disclosed without consent unless required by law.

Brand Representation

Participants must not falsely represent themselves as:

  • employees

  • medical providers

  • official representatives

  • franchisees

  • or authorised master trainers of Paramed Tattoo unless expressly authorised in writing.

Misleading claims, false affiliation, reputational misconduct, intellectual property misuse, or operational misconduct may result in revoked access, revoked accreditation, suspension, or legal enforcement.
