Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
All programme fees, deposits, enrolment payments, mentorship fees, workshop payments, educational access fees, digital purchases, and associated training payments made to Paramed Tattoo are subject to the following Refund Policy.
By enrolling, applying, purchasing, accessing programme material, attending training, or participating in any Paramed Tattoo educational service, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of:

digital educational delivery
-
intellectual property access
-
limited intake capacity
-
operational preparation
-
educational infrastructure allocation
-
downloadable resources
-
protected systems access
-
practitioner support allocation
all payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable New Zealand law.
2. DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure:

intake placement
-
programme allocation
-
operational scheduling
-
educational preparation
-
limited-capacity training positions
Failure to commence training does not entitle participants to deposit reimbursement.
3. PAYMENT PLANS
Where payment plans are approved:

payments must be made on agreed dates
-
overdue balances may result in suspended access
-
certification may be withheld until accounts are paid in full
-
failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of enrolment
Participants remain liable for the full programme balance unless otherwise agreed in
writing.
4. DIGITAL ACCESS & EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL
Once:

portals are accessed
-
files are downloaded
-
educational systems are opened
-
programme material becomes accessible
refund eligibility may immediately cease due to intellectual property exposure and irreversible access to proprietary educational infrastructure.
5. MISSED TRAINING, WITHDRAWAL & NON-ATTENDANCE
No refunds will be provided for:

missed sessions
-
failure to attend
-
change of mind
-
personal circumstances
-
business circumstances
-
relocation
-
scheduling conflicts
-
lack of participation
-
failure to complete submissions
-
failure to meet competency standards
6. RESCHEDULING
Where operationally possible, Paramed Tattoo may permit rescheduling at its sole discretion.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Additional fees may apply.
7. TERMINATION OR REMOVAL
Participants removed from programmes due to:

policy breaches
-
misconduct
-
unsafe behaviour
-
intellectual property breaches
-
harassment
-
reputational harm
-
unlawful conduct
-
professional misconduct
-
system misuse
shall not be entitled to refunds.
8. COURSE MODIFICATIONS
Paramed Tattoo reserves the right to:

update course structure
-
modify educational systems
-
adjust schedules
-
change delivery methods
-
update educational material
-
substitute trainers where required
-
evolve programme infrastructure
Such updates do not constitute grounds for refund.
9. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES
Paramed Tattoo makes no guarantee regarding:

business success
-
income
-
employment
-
client acquisition
-
practitioner performance
-
social media growth
-
treatment outcomes
-
certification outcomes
Refunds will not be issued based on unmet personal expectations.
10. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Any refund exception granted:

is entirely discretionary

does not establish future precedent

must be confirmed in writing
11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes relating to validly agreed services may result in:

suspension of access
-
removal from systems
-
revoked certification
-
debt recovery action
-
legal recovery proceedings
